Kutsinta reciepe

Kutsinta is chewy soft steam cake made with flour and cassava flour  it also  the one of favorite pilipino snack, dessert, breakfast, eat this food goes with grated coconut but in new generation kutsinta make more delicious now a days you can eat with dip yema sauce or grated cheese

Ingredients
1cup all purpose flour
1 cup cassava flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp annato(soak in 2 tbsp water)
3 cups of water
1 1/2 lye water  

For toppings
Yema sauce
     Grated Cheese          Grated coconut  

Procedure
🥢In large bowl combine first all dry  ingredient. Cassava and all purpose flour and brown sugar mix well
🥢Add all liquid ingredients water, lye, and annato water and whisk until properly mixed together and set aside 
🥢In strainer, use it to strain any lumps 
🥢In steamer boil adequate water
🥢Rub the molds with oil to avoid mixture to sticking and help to remove easily when it cooked
🥢Put mixture in mold level lid mold
🥢Steam in low heat until cooked within 30 minutes... In medium mold ( cooking time depend in mold size) 
🥢Let it cool  and remove from mold
🥢Now ready to serve with sprinkle coconut grated or cheese can dip also in yema sauce

Chowking style butche

Chinese style sweet made in sticky rice
One of the best filipino favorite.. This version is upgraded style 
Heres the ingridients. And way how. To. Make
Ingredients

1kg of glutanous rice
1/4kg of sugar
1 1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of sesame seed
Cooking oil for deep fry

For filling 

  1/4 cup Red bean (soak overnigth to make soft faster when you cook)
3 tbsp sugar

Procedure

🥢Mix glutanous and sugar in a bowl
🥢Add water slowly and continue mix
Until if form as a dough.... Texture must not too dry or to wet


🥢Make a ball,, using 1 tbsp measuring cup scoop dough and roll it until make a ball and become smooth surface
🥢  Press the dough ball in flat in center
Put the desire filling 

🥢Make it a ball again and roll it again
🥢 In small bowl put 2 tbsp of water and 1tsp of glutanous rice and dissolve
🥢 Dip the roll ball in mixture to sip water before you roll in sesame seed make sure that it cover all round of seed

Note : the purpose of dipping in mixture is to make sure that sesame seed will stick balance and not tobe wasted for dropping when cooking





🥢For cooking heat the oil in deep frying pan, slow down  the fire when oil is hot already and deep fry the butche roll until it golden brown,, make sure that you cook in low fire to cook evenly until inside

...... Can use chocolate, purple yum, cheese, also for filling....
